Overview

100G QSFP28 optical module is a type of fiber optic module used for data transmission, capable of achieving a data rate of 100 Gigabits per second (Gbps).It includes variants such as SR4, SWDM4, CWDM4, LR4, ER4, ZR4, etc. The term QSFP28 stands for Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable Plus 28, indicating it has four channels and each channel can achieve a speed of up to 28Gbps. These optical modules are widely used in data centers, telecommunications networks, cloud computing, and other fields to support rapid exchange of large amounts of data over both short and long distances.
