100G QSFP28 ER4 LC Optical Transceiver is a high-power, long-reach solution engineered for 100 Gigabit Ethernet (100GbE) and OTU4 applications, enabling transmission distances of up to 40 kilometers over single-mode fiber (SMF). Compliant with IEEE 802.3bs, QSFP28 MSA, and ITU-T G.959.1 standards, this transceiver delivers data rates up to 103.1 Gbps using four 25Gbps LAN-WDM lanes. These channels are multiplexed via a duplex LC connector, operating at wavelengths centered on 1295.56 nm, 1300.05 nm, 1304.58 nm, and 1309.14 nm.
Designed for metro networks, telecom backhaul, and long-haul data center interconnects, it features advanced dispersion compensation and high sensitivity to ensure reliable performance over extended distances. With a typical power consumption of <4W and integrated Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), it enables real-time health tracking and optimized network management. The module supports a low bit-error rate (BER <1E-12) and operates across industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to 85°C), ensuring stability in harsh environments. Its compact QSFP28 form factor and LC interface ensure seamless compatibility with high-density switches and existing fiber infrastructure, making it a versatile choice for scalable, future-proof networks.
